LandAI AI connections

Use LandAI property records in Claude or ChatGPT with your Premium subscription.

Connect your AI app

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector. In ChatGPT, use the custom MCP app setup available in your account or workspace.
  2. Enter the connection URL above.
  3. Sign in to LandAI and approve the connection when prompted.

Custom connector availability depends on your AI account and workspace. This connection does not grant a Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

Property lookups use your existing Premium parcel allowance. A new property lookup uses one credit; nearby-owner results use one per returned property. Ownership records do not verify who lives there.

Manage your connections

Your sign-in stays with Firebase. Your AI app receives a separate revocable LandAI connection. Premium access is checked on each call; existing account limits apply. Back to LandAI
